Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Rockford Outfitters offers the following Return Policy:


Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you:
• Original packaging
• Original UPC barcode
• Original packing slip
• All accessories
• Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
• Unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the correct product. This can be obtained by you either from our website or from our customer service people.
• RMA number written on the outside shipping box or on the return label. The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer's product box.

DAMAGED MATERIAL
  Rockford Outfitters will not be responsible for any physical damage to the shipment if it is not inspected at the time of delivery and damages or suspected damages are not clearly noted on the freight carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery, and reported immediately to Rockford Outfitters.

All products are inspected before shipping, insuring the quality and adequacy of the packaging prior to being loaded.  The consignee will be responsible for the freight enroute and file any claims if necessary.

RETURNED GOODS
Product returns are for defective merchandise only. Standard product in resalable condition will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. Any cost above the restocking charge required to make product salable shall be deducted from the credit. 
No returns will be accepted of product that is requested to be returned after 6 months of its initial ship date.

WARRANTY / LIMITS OF LIABILITY
  Warranties are manufacturer specific. Should the product be proven to be defective, we shall option to repair or replace the product.  Rockford Outfitters and it's suppliers does not warrant product that has been modified, subjected to abuse, negligence in operation or maintenance, or if product is used in a manner that exceeds its designed capabilities and rating. Under no circumstances is Rockford Outfitters and it's suppliers liable for any damages related to our product performance.

 
GUARANTEE
If your product has received proper care but fails due to defect in manufacturing, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence where Rockford Outfitters is not at fault - including material breakdown due to sun degradation, mildew, and natural aging, as well as wear and tear due to normal use - will be performed at a reasonable charge. You must first obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before sending. Contact a Rockford Outfitters Representative at (616) 883-6135.
