Frabill products are carefully manufactured and inspected to assure our high quality standards are met. Should any damage occur to your Frabill product, we will promptly repair or replace it (at our option) according to the provisions of the Frabill Service Policy that applies specifically to that product. This policy applies to the original owner only and may not be transferred to another person. Frabill reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a current model of our choosing.

Frabill product that is not covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable charge. Frabill will advise you of the cost of repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the Frabill product and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover the normal wear, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, theft, loss, intentional damage, or value added. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
